We created the Kawasaki Dealer Lead Management (KDLM) system to inform dealers of potential customers (new or old) that have shown interest in buying a Kawasaki vehicle. The information kept by the system gives dealers the customer’s contact information and level interest. This is an extremely valuable tool for dealers to help them convert a lead to a sale.

The KDLM system collects leads from a number of sources, but mostly the leads are generated from:
Dealers get notifications when a new lead has been captured. From there, a salesperson is assigned and can gain access to the customer’s email, phone number, and address. The salesperson is encouraged to contact the customer to visit the dealership and move closer to a purchase.
The User Experience
KDLM is a huge benefit to Kawasaki dealers, allowing them to nurture leads as soon as interest is shown. In addition, the system allows managers to monitor the status of every lead all in one place, providing a more organized and focused approach to closing a sale.
